What OS are you using? If you are using windows, right click on My Computer -> Properties it will open a windows saying how much ram it is installed (among other info). Also, again right click on My Computer -> Manage ->Storage -> Disc Management you will find info about your hdd/ssd. Do not alter anything there unless you are experienced.
