Which Graphics Card should i get?

I'm planning to buy a New graphics card in my low budget AMD rig. Currently i have an Athlon x4 750k with an r7 250 Graphics card. I'm thinking about Getting an r7 265 or r7 370, but i read that i should t go higher than a r7 265 because i can get bottlenecked by the cpu. What you guys can recommend Me me? Thanks in advance for the help.

You are fine all the way up to 380/960. Those gpus alone require some turned down settings which will also help remove CPU bottleneck.

Did you tried to check your cpu load when playing games ? I have no idea about the performance of it .
if you low at your budget you still can find at really good second hand price for high end card like 380/r9 290/970 and so on.

I have 4770K and I have in Rainbow Six siege 35-46% cpu usage, CPU Doesn't look like its the bottleneck for games today.
Test it in some other more updated games and check there.
from my point of view if its 60% usage i don't see a point to change cpu.

A 750k will not perform worse than an FX-6300 in most games. So you'll be fine with pretty much any graphics card, depending on the resolution you play at. Pick your graphics card based on your budget, not on what supposedly bottlenecks or doesn;t. If you had a CPU from 2005 I could understand the argument, but right now, your current CPU is fine.
