I installed a Cougar CFD120 with a 64CFM and 16.6 Dba in my case. But I only feel a lil bit air.? Is this CFM fine? And I will buy a 53cfm fan for my exhaust (because I'm using a noisy 80mm right now.) so I will have a positive pressure on my case.

Nope you will be perfectly fine with that choice of fan! Should have no worries with it. Just keep an eye on your temps now and again. It might not seem like its pushing a lot of air, but it will be completely sufficient. You will struggle to "feel" the difference between fans by just putting your hand in the way. Good choice on the positive pressure setup, its generally better :D
