Will this Budget Build is good enough for basic tasks and casual gaming ??

Processor - Intel Pentium G3220
Motherboard - Gigabyte H81m-S1
Ram - 4 GB DDR3
Harddrive - 1 TB (Seagate or WD Suggestions please)
PSU - 450W
Monitor - Probably 18-21 Inches

Is this is Ok for Basic Tasks any Modifications and suggestion please help me to find ...

Ok man !! Gaming is not that much important to me !! The build i said above is ok for watching movies and surfing ?? and if u have any suggestion and build under 30K inr help me plz give some components
