Hey there guys, I'm running a system that consists of:
- ASRock Fatal1ty H97 Performance Motherboard
-Intel i7 4790 3.6 GHz
-Sapphire Radeon HD 7870 GHz edition
I've just recently taking apart my computer to examine and clean it. After putting the whole thing back together I encountered some issues; i have very harsh stuttering on games, and a slower speed whilst using my computer for general use.
Using PassMark Performance Test, I found that the CPU was the problem (evident through the incredibly low score given in comparison with other CPU's)
I've checked my CPU socket for bent pins AND have also disabled Speedstep in BIOS.
What course of action do you guys suggest i take to fix the issue?
