Just got done building my first build. Here are the parts
http://pcpartpicker.com/p/rHYxpg

So first of all, my problem may stem from not plugging in a cable all the way, don't rule out all the idiot answers because I might just need them. So here are the symptoms, The Computer appears to "turn on" but doesn't give any beeps or anything(again the speaker might be installed incorrectly). Nothing displays on the monitor and the reset button doesn't work. I can only turn it back off if I hold down the power button. The LED Light on the GTX 960 Lights up white which I think means it has power, right? Anyways all help is needed, thanks!

Make sure you have your monitor plugged in to the video card, not the onboard video.

After making sure it's plugged in correctly try removing the video card and booting with the monitor plugged in to the onboard video, this will confirm the rest of the system is working properly. After that plug the video card back in (carefully, but firmly) and make sure the PCI-E power connector on the video card is attached.

Alright, Thanks, what I actually found was that the HDMI Plug was faulty, works with a different monitor, but know it flashes BIOS for a second, and says Reboot and Select proper Boot device
or Insert Boot Media in selected Boot device and press a key
I'm gonna research that but if you have the answer I'd love to hear it
