The FX 4130 is an old Bulldozer chip, it may have a high stock clock, but Bulldozer was so inefficient that it's performance would probably be close to the high clocked Phenom II X4s. The Athlon X4 860k is a much better performer. I wouldn't worry about upgrade path with AMD right now, AM3+ is a dead socket and these days the Piledriver FX CPUs aren't that great a choice for gaming, and not even DirectX 12 is likely to change that before those CPUs become completely irrelevant. Sadly, AMD's new Zen processors are still at least 9 or 10 months away, so if you have to buy an AMD processor now, I'd say just get the 860k now and then do a full system upgrade later on.
