How to update BIOS on H81M-HD3

Hi, I want to update my bios as my computer likes to randomly shut down and turn on and again and other funky stuff, when I got to the BIOS I use the Q-flash utility and select my bios which is the F7 bios right now but I get a error message of "BIOS ID check error", I have search for another program in the BIOS to update but that's the only program I see, Need help.

Hello... You need to Get the Right BIO's... there are different MB" versions" look on your MB and Look for "ID" text... MB makers will show you where this is.
1) List all the info on your MB Board for us here.
2) what BIO's version are you running now?
3) What CPU are you using?

I am running a BIOS version of F5
I am using the Intel Core I5 4460, which I heard I should update the BIOS from some people.

Ok sorry I found out mine was Rev 2 not Rev 1 and I have the very first BIOS, ima go download and install new one
