Oh, in that case, I'd suggest this;

To be able to run GTA 5 and these sort of games at such a low price point is basically near to impossible. You can build a cheap gaming computer at around 100 GBP (which is roughly 10,000 rupees) but it wouldn't be able to run GTA 5 or Fifa 16 at all, or if at very, very little frames per second. You should really save up a bit more money until you have atleast 40,000 rupees to be able to buy a somewhat decent computer to be able to run these games at atleast 40 frames per second.

If anyone who is reading this post has any other suggestions then they may post. At this point I believe that you do not have enough money to buy/build a computer in that price range.

Gigabyte H81M-S1 mother board and Intel 4 the generation processer G3220 will they both compatible.?. Along with that I would like to buy zotac nvidia GT 610 synergy edition..can I able 2 play mid range games with that all specs.

yeah, you should be able to play mid range games (for example Garry's Mod or Counter-Strike Source) with those specs with no issues
