so i have my pc (newly bought) but i lack the ram.
so i am between those (can only buy from this shop unfortunately here where i live so if you suggest me some rams, i must look up the cost to tell you):
So my specs are: intel i5 6600, gigabyte geforce gtx 970 windforce 3x oc, asus z170-p d3(https://www.asus.com/us/Motherboards/Z170-P-D3/specifications/), samsung ssd 850 evo sata 120gb, seagate barracuda 1tb, thermaltake toughpower 750W 80+ gold, corsair carbide series spec-01(case).
So rams:
1) corsair vengeance cmz16gx3m2a1600c9 (16gb,2x8gb,1600mhz,cl9,ddr3) --> at 91 euros
2) kingston hyperX savage 16gb 1600mhz cl9 ddr3 (2x8gb) --> at 92 euros
3) corsair vengeance 16gb 2133mhz ddr3 cl10 (2x8gb) --> at 135 euros
4) corsair vengeance pro 16gb ddr3 2400mhz cmz16gx3m2a2400cl11R --> at 101 euros
so which one is the fittest for money-efficiency?

Solution
1600 CL 9 is about as fast as 1866 CL 10 or 2133 CL 11. The improvements that I reported included the CL Latency difference. I was using exactly the same sticks of memory, the slow setting was 1600Mhz CL 9, the fast 2400Mhz CL 11.
You made a good choice with your motherboard. That motherboard is reported to run overclocked DDR3 even at 1.65V!!! http://www.kitguru.net/components/motherboard/anton-shilov/asusteks-intel-z170-mainboards-will-work-correctly-with-ddr3-1-5v1-65v-modules/

RAM is a commodity, so all DDR3 CL9 are the same, get the cheapest unless you like the look or need to match the color.

If you get the 1600DDR3 2400Mhz, you may be able to take advantage of the speed on your motherboard if the article I linked to works for you. If G Skill Trident X is available for less price (it is a very good 2400Mhz RAM) get that instead.

If you are otherwise uncertain, 'officially' you motherboard needs DDR3L memory that runs at 1.35V. None of the memory above runs at that voltage,

So will it be a problem if it isnt ddr3 LP? if yes, is this one good enough?
Corsair Vengeance LP 16GB DDR3-1600MHz (CML16GX3M2A1600C9)
(btw i am a little scared to do overclocking but thx for the link, ill keep that in mind)
