Ordering from CyberPower: Good or Bad?

So I ordered a custom built gaming PC from CyberPower in late August. It arrived at my house 2 days later then the maximum time expected. But that wasn't the worst part. I receive the PC with all the correct parts, but when I turn it on, the monitor displays "No Signal Detected". After restarting everything about 7 times, it finally turned on! Hallelujah! But no, it wasn't over... The next day, after 10 minutes of being on it, the monitor displays the same thing. I tried to ignore that for a couple weeks hoping it would go away, but it didn't. After trying EVERYTHING and calling CyberPower maybe 15 times, there was no solution. So I had to send it to CyberPower, where they would look at it "as soon as possible" (they didn't even receive it until a week later). So almost 2 weeks later, I'm still waiting to hear from them, there last message almost a week ago was "we received your computer". I really hope they're able to fix it. Although this process was extremely stressful and aggravating for me, maybe some were lucky and didn't have to go through this. They have a wide selection of PC parts to choose from. I just wish there was an actual store nearby where I can get it instead of ordering online

Check to see what CyberPower's warranty process is like, contact them and find out how long they are allowed to work on an issue.

When I had an issue with a Viewsonic monitor, I went through the warranty process. I (much) later found out that they could take up to five weeks to service the display AFTER they had received it. Damned if they didn't keep the display for all five weeks before finally repairing and sending it back to me (total time a bit over seven weeks) and that was not during a holiday season.

I was thinking about it but there was really nothing I could do more to troubleshoot because I tried everything. Oh and I just got a message today saying that they're "still working on it" and I may not even receive it by December 18th, the day Winter Break begins.
