I have a 1gb sitck of DDR2 and, When I tested the ram I used to have 2.0Gb But I tested the other stick and it used to work fine in both slots now it doesn't work in either, And My working sitck wont work in the other slot. Do I need to have them in order? Like both slots or just the one? And my Memory Usage is running really high since then, Any help?

Solution
If you're using Google's Chrome browser then it tends to drain alot of RAM. You can benefit by switching to Firefox or another browser provided we're on the topic of web browsers. Is it possible to include your full systems specs as well as your OS? Adding the specs of your memory sticks will help alot as well. If you're unsure as to what to look for then try and look at the sticker on the side of your stick(s).

*In a nutshell, you currently have 1GB DDR2 RAM while previously you had 2GB DDR2 RAM...?

You should really just save up for 2x4GB ddr3 ram as its is very cheap now and you won't have to replace it for many years. 8Gb has been the standard for years.

I use chrome and have 2x4GB and windows uses about 1GB of the RAM on its own then Chrome with three tabs open uses about 25% at the most for my RAM.

Also then you can have chrome running while you have other windows open for other applications, more RAM means you can have more windows open at once but the CPU does come into it as well.
