Keyboard doesnt work untill replug of the USB

keyboard: Razer blackwidow ultimate
the keyboard stops working, the leds are still on but i cant write untill i replug the USB.
i think that before the last synapse update it didnt happen, ive tried other USBs plugs and the same happens.
any solution on how to fix it? thanks!

I'm having the exact same situation. OSX 10.11.2. Razor Black Widow Ultimate 2013. Some of the special keys (like multimedia, lcd brightness, etc) wont work until i replug in the keyboard.

Of course I've tried completely removing drivers, reinstalling, everything up to date, and all that simple common sense stuff. Hoping someone has solution....if I find figure something out, I'll post it.
