I have an aging PC I built about five years ago. Probably can't run either without significant upgrades, but thought I'd ask...

Intel i7 930 @ 2.8
6.00 GB ram
EVGA GeForce GTX 460

There is no videos on your i7 930 but that does not matter as whilst gaming your GPU(graphics processing unit) will be your bottleneck in almost all cases.

Just in case anyone else reads this, I went ahead and bought Fallout 4 and glad I did. Runs at 50-60 fps in low settings, and around 40 with textures and shadows set to medium (1080).
