I'm fairly new to the pc part of gaming. I play alot of skyrim and want to start modding it. I travel a lot for work and want something I can do this on. I'm open to a pc and not a laptop as long as I could get some help making it somewhat portable thanks.

If u want to do any graphical modding you need a really good gpu equivalent to the gtx 960 or 970 for the CPU make sure it is an i5 and 8gb of ram
