I'm looking at a new PSU. It's an EVGA G1 750W Gold. This one

Click on the picture to enlarge and then go to the 5th pic with the label, then zoom in to see the #'s. There's something I don't understand. If you look at the 12V rail it shows 61Amps\732Watts. And looking to the left on the 3 & 5 V rails it shows 150W. I just thought that if you were looking at wattage that combining those two numbers would equal the total. So in this case ti adds up to 832. So there's something I'm not getting here. So now I'm curious how they come up with those #'s?
Also, I don't see EVGA's G1 series on the Tier list

Where does this PSU fit in? Good? Excellent?
