Hi, I am looking for some help building my next pc. Currently I am an international student in trinidad and tobago renting an appartment of 20m^2, the table where the pc would be has 1 meter wide and 0.8 meter deep.

The problem (besides is really small where I'm living) is that I have this Pc back home: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/gqFzQ7
I would have to bringed here and sell it in order to buy new pieces for a new portable pc that can be transported with me in a plane (The pc has to fit in a back so I can travel with it inside)

I don't play too intensive games, my targets are 60fps without deeps under 45, 1080p, medium settings (no less than that).
Games I play with my friends: All borderlands series, Smite, Point Blank, Rakion, Wolfteam, Diablo 3, COD, BTF, mainly FPS games. I also would like that the computer/laptop lasted at least 4 years playing some new games at 1080p medium settings 60fps. Total budget after selling previous pc 1500$

To simply I have 3 options, 1) Sell old pc and build a new ultraportable one, 2) Get a gaming laptop and 3) Get another ps3 (My old ps3 is in my country but my sister uses it so i can not take it with me).

Anyway I would appreciate any suggestion/ideas, thanks for your help :)

I consider that case too big, i need something that i can keep in a backpack for when I am flying back home. If I'm going to change parts i rather sell all the previous build as a whole because it is hard to sell parts alone specially here in trinidad and even more back in Venezuela.

I've been doing some research, what do you think about this build? Are all the pieces compatible?
