Will my power supply and GPU fit in this case?

Hi guys I am new to the forum, I recently ordered new parts and most of it has almost all arrived. The case that I chose is the Fractal Design Node 304. PSU I chose is a modular one (EVGA SuperNOVA GS 220 650w) and my GPU is the EVGA GTX 980 SC 2.0 ACX.

Now my question is, that GPU is quite long but with the modular PSU I am worried that the cables from the PSU might not be able to squeeze behind the graphics card. Everything is ordered and I though I ordered properly but I am seeing conflicting info on the net and was hoping someone experienced could chime in on my specific situation.

Pcpartpicker doesn't really check everything.
I would say it will be a tight fit with the cables plugged in.
Fractal design recommends psu up to 160mm in length to be used.
The EVGA GS 650W is 150mm which should be fine

Therefore there would be about 10mm room between my gpu and the back of the power supply. Do you think 10mm is enough to route modular type cables? If I buy the fancier cables would that be better?

Yeah, it is a tight fit. And I would personally suggest going with this Cooler Master G550M, it will fit perfectly without any hassle.

Those cables are for Corsair AX psu only.

If you want short cables, you can go with Silverstone Strider 650W:

Oh thanks! Would those silverstone cables work on the EVGA PSU? I really don't wanna return it :S

No. They only work with certain Silverstone psu. There aren't any short cables for the EVGA GS psu being sold.
only the standard length sleeved cables.
The EVGA GS series uses a Seasonic KM3 platform.
