I recently upgraded in RAM, and I had to remove a the pull fan from my CPU closed loop liquid cooling push-pull setup. I always monitor temps when I game for all hardware, and I noticed that my CPU temps have increased since removing the fan, which is strange since I've read many times that the push-pull system is redundant. When I'm playing a graphically intensive game (recently Crysis 3), my CPU temps are reaching in the 70 degree range. I know Crysis 3 is known for being a hardware pig, but I've also noticed the increase in other games. Black Ops 3 is usually in the 65-70 degree range. The max temp I've reached was 73 degrees. What are safe temps when the CPU is under load? Temps are 30-40 degrees idle. My CPU is stock 3.6GHz, but I overclocked to 3.8GHz if that helps.
