Computer randomly reboots after installing new RAM, but that doesn't seem to be the issue

Good evening,

I've been having rebooting issues since December 2nd when I received and installed my new 16gb RAM sticks (8gb each). It started when I began playing some PC games. I was playing The Witcher 3 when my computer went to a BSoD. Now this was the only time this had happened since getting my new RAM, but another problem would still persist: My PC will now constantly reboot itself without any warnings or any error messages. It will happen when I'm on Netflix, playing games, or just browsing the internet. I'm writing this thread on my laptop because I know my PC would reboot if I were to write it on there.

My attempted solutions:
I was told that I should use memtest86 to test my memory, which I did. The issue though, my computer would reboot during the test. I was only able to successfully run one "pass" before it reset. I said "0 errors," but again, that was only one pass.
This problem of course had to be with my RAM, right? I didn't have these issues until I installed new ones. Well, I put my old memory back into my system, and the problem continued happening, arguably worse than before, so I'm stumped. I put the new memory back into my system again, making sure EVERYTHING in my case was pushed in completely, but I'm still getting reboots. Sometimes it will even reboot while Windows is going to desktop, which will cause me to run a Startup Repair.

I'm really not sure where to go from here, and would love some assistance.

TLDR:
I installed new RAM and my computer will randomly reboot. Thinking that was the issue, I replaced my new RAM with the old stick, but the problem continues.

Thanks in advance!

Also a side note, I just bought this mobo around 6 months ago, so it's fairly new (if the mobo could be the cause of the reboots).

Some questions:
Is it possible that if one of my RAM sticks are bad, it would cause the reboots? Or if one was bad, it would just go through a reboot-loop, never going to the desktop if both were inserted (like what happened on an old build)?
Could it be my PSU and is there a way to test that without replacing it with an extra one (because I don't own an extra)?
