You could, but I'd probably just show all three drives. You won't really gain any speed from a raid array on the SSD's, but you do add an element of danger due to possible drive failure. Not much of a danger, but I just wouldn't bother.

:edit: A 500gb version of that SSD is only 147, so if you needed the extra drive space just buy that one.
