Gigabyte R9 390x black screen, fans not spinning.

I upgraded from the Sapphire Radeon R9 270x to the Gigabyte R9 390x. I have everything plugged in correctly and I uninstalled my old drivers and tried to install the new drivers with the disk provided with the card; however all I get is a black screen on my monitor and the fans are not spinning on the card, but the logo is lit up?

For me on my own I solved this problem. So basically you need to download the AMD software applications (3 of them) from their main website about Drivers & Download. Also for me HDMI works but DVI does not work properly (Dont know why). Eventually the software applications will download ANY drivers or updates for your computer system (if needed). Also check if you have plugged 2 power cables to the GPU (my own mistake). :)
