Upgraded PSU and added another 760 resulting in no display detected and b2 error code aka "Legacy Option ROM Initialization"

Backstory: Over this last black friday I upgraded my case and PSU to support dual SLI for another 760 I had bought but could not use due to previously only having a 600w PSU.

The Problem: I put everything in order in my new case, but when I tried to boot, it did not detect a display and the motherboard has a b2 error code. All fans spin but getting no response to warrant my monitor detecting anything to display.

Solutions tried: I've tried booting with one stick of ram, without any SATA cables plugged in, using just my old GPU, and moving a ram stick to a different slot.

Any help is appreciated.

System Components:

Case - Fractal Define R4
Motherboard - Gigabyte GA-Z87X-UD3H
SSD - SanDisk - 128GB (boot)
HDD - Seagate 1TB 7200 RPM
Processor - Intel - Core i5-4570 3.2GHz
Graphics Cards SLI - 2x EVGA - NVIDIA GeForce GTX 760 2GB GDDR5
Power Supply - Rosewill Hive-750
RAM - PNY 8GB (2x 4gb sticks)

I managed to get the display to detect by using two 6pin PCIe cables per GPU instead of one 8pin each, but now I'm at a crazy bios glitch. And an Ab error code.

I think you solved my previous problem because I tried a different cable configuration, so it might be needed for me to make a new post concerning this.
