What is a good CPU Stress Test besides Prime95?
Is it safe to adjust voltage of GPU in MSI Afterburner? Are there any repercussions?
My GPU runs at 99% when playing Battlefield 4 but i don't notice any problems graphically. Is that normal?

Take a look at Intel Burn Test.
Yes, some people recommend setting it to max, others recommend stepping. Rather than go in depth there are plenty of MSI Afterburner tutorials online.
That is perfectly fine. It means the card is being used to its full potential.

1. Aidia 64(Paid), CPU-Z(Free), Intel Burn Test(Free). Aidia has more features, although the other two will be just fine.

2. Overvolting can result in long term damage if you don't know what your doing.

3. High utilization in demanding situations is normal :)
