new graphics card slowing down the entire system.

Hi.

This thread was continued from this one: http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/id-2883026/dvi-vga-adapter-burned-death.html

My old gpu burnt.
And i finally bought a replacement gpu but it perform worse than my old one.

My new gpu is GAINWARD 9600gt upgraded from burned 8600gt

Now my windows ui is giltchy, extremely slow and laggy. Even just maximizing the window take 5s with jagged animation before it was took 1s.

My audio is glitchy too, sounds like audio lag when i opening apps, moving window, and refreshing (f5)

When uninstalling nvidia driver, tried to run with basic display driver. The problem gone away.

I think it's driver problem but I'm not sure what's going on, it drove my computer crazy.
My 400w psu is adequate to supply juice into my 9600gt i think.
My driver is up to date.
I'm using windows 10

So, what is my exact problem???
Any advices?
Thanks

Solution
Hmm remove the video card and carefully examine the pcie slot to make sure there is no crap on the pins maybe clean with alchohol or contact cleaner make sure pc is powered down and unplugged when you do this. Is there a chance the burnt card messed up the pcie slot could try a different pcie slot if one is available.
I'm back with sad report. It doesn't work.

trying to fresh uninstall the nvidia graphics driver with ddu, selected nvidia in drop-down menu then click "clean and restart" after that clean reinstall driver but still no luck.

And i tried to fresh uninstall my onboard intel driver then the nvidia but i get a same result.

Any other solutions???
