I also test PassMark on my CPU RAM GPU and all pass the test no sign of overheat at all

first time i suspect software crash cause the restart but now i'm not sure i'm looking in event viewer but i'm not sure where to look mostly i see is kernel power failure, but i notice that if i unplug and switch off my PSU and turn it on again it seem to be last longer but again it reboot

in the Event Viewer this is what i think it relate to problem

Solution
How is it now?

Looked at the log,and other ones you uploaded,,but readings there don't suggest the psu.The only way to tule this out in another way is too test with another one. I know a little late,i sometiimes forget these threads i put aside, sorry.

Thought about your keyboard,is it on with it's own drivers?

Something i already suggested in anotherbthread, but you could install windows fresh on the hdd, make a small partition for that,se if it will work then.

Install the latest bios first,

Choose O.S. and then click bios, after done make sure XMP is enabled. It's found in the overclock section of the uefi/bios,look at the dram settings.

For testing the cpu try prime95 in blend as well, this will test the ram as well.
For the gpu try the Unigine Valley benchmark and maybe furmark.

The next will give a good sensor reading,

Download hwinfo32,

http://www.hwinfo.com/download32.html

You can open hwinfo32,after that open the sensor window by marking sensors only=V,
after that click run

Hello Vic I'm update

Bad luck for me the reboot problem still persist i got once this morning while playing Dota2 :(

But i notice that it likely happen when i play Dota2 while selection character and when times out, game start and then at the moment my computer reboot suddenly it happen when the game start and it used to happen like this once before when game start it reboot but it quite rarely. This can cause from Power Supply faulty?

Anyway i want to try update my BIOS but the mobo manual say that i must have mobo DVD in order to update BIOS so i afraid if i doing so i may ended up with i can't access to windows, I haven't experience about update BIOS before I'm on the college and i almost finish this term and comeback home in couple of days i'm doing many project right now so it make me afraid that i can't use my computer, maybe too afraid..

By the way i'll give it a try and i'll post the result soon Hope it can blowout the reboot problem

Thank you for helping me Vic : )

My computer still has reboot problem :( it reboot itself again while i'm playing ArmA 3 for not longer than 15 minute it goes reboot suddenly without warning or BSOD

Now i suspect Graphic Card cause my computer to reboot it look like reboot mostly happen while i'm using graphic intensive program Oh but even so it seem to working fine with benchmark application i'd also test my GPU with Valley Benchmark at almost max Mhz all the time and nothing happen

anyway i think i may have a defective GPU but i still not sure my GPU are functional for 4 month

Should i contact EVGA and tell them about this case :(

You could try to do the enxt to see if there are hardware issues,

Download hwinfo32,

http://www.hwinfo.com/download32.html

You can open hwinfo32,after that open the sensor window by marking sensors only=V,
after that click run, then click at the bottom "Logging start" ,
after that choose a name and place for the log. like Hwinfolog at your desktop.Leave it open and do game/stresstest or whatever you do until a crash. The log will end at that point but will be saved.
After the restart upload the log to a site without to much crap (!),for instance dropbox, and leave a link to it here.
You could also look at the log yourself with either excel or libre office calc.
it sometimes doesn't give good readings, motherboard sensorchip not being supported well,so it a longshot, but worth a try imo.

Did you reinstall gpu drivers? Remove the old first with DDU.

Okay I'll try it Thank you very much Vic Forty : )

I've done remove Geforce driver 359.06 with DDU also and perform clean install with previous Geforce driver version 359.00 but it still not resolve the problem.

Anyway I'll try your suggest and comeback soon to update the result

Frapport I about to think so too

I've try pulled out my GPU from the mainboard and running on the onboard Intel HD Graphic first time my computer seem a little bit long-lasting but again when i try playing Dota2 while i'm in the loading screen the computer still reboot itself even without GPU.

So the problem aren't from the GPU anymore now i think maybe it was the Mainboard or Power Supply that fault as Frapport said.

I'll try to check for sure that the problem are come from Power Supply maybe i can find a spare Power Supply for the test but it must be a many couple days.

I'm so glad to say Thank you to Vic 40 and Frapport for helping me : ) you guys are very helpful and Thank you to Community Folk also I think we almost find what cause the problem and what is the solution also

I about to think that day will come, The day i can pick the green solution tag and make this thread are SOLVE

I'll keep update

Nice to see you again :)

Mine still have issue, Now my system running with only one stick RAM and Onboard Intel HD Graphic but the problem still there but i notice if i switch off my PSU for long time when it on again with no Graphic Card installed and I'm not gaming my computer seem to be more long-lasting i can surf the web and using normal app just fine for about 5 - 6 to 8 - 9 hours and if bad luck it still reboot.

I'm using Logitech MK520r keyboard and mouse combo set but i haven't download any kind of driver for it i think it running with it build-in driver the only thing i download from Logitech is "Logitech Unifying Software"

About windows I want to try reinstall windows too but i'm still need to use my computer for the C# coding project and deadline is short for next couple days :( I'm in kind of hurry

but I'll install fresh windows as soon as i finished all my work and i comeback here to tell the result : )

And about the suspected PSU I'd open the result from HWinfo and look at the voltage 12V and I also think it look healthy the graph not swing just very stable but anyway i'd contact my PSU retailer and they said i can take my PSU there for the test and if it confirm fail they will replacing it for me but at this time my PSU model S12G are out of stock so i have to wait :(

but meanwhile I'll try reinstall Windows first and if the problem are not solved I'll go to the computer shop near my home and ask him if i can find a spare PSU for the test.

I want my computer to working fine again as it used to be :(

Thank you very much Vic I'll keep update : )

Live Linux is not so hard for C# programmer.

1. Use Ubuntu 14.04.3 LTS

http://www.ubuntu.com/download/desktop/

2. DVD

http://www.ubuntu.com/download/desktop/burn-a-dvd-on-windows

3. Reboot & Choose Live version not install.

Alternatively most shops would test or substitute if you bring in your computer.
Don't take that to mean you should just buy right then if they say that is the problem
because you do have RMA option on your power supply.

Or as another possibility, change the cord from wall socket. Undo and redo every
connection on computer. A half an hour of effort as a double check because we often
don't see as much as we think we do.

Okay I'll try install Ubuntu next to the windows i want to try reinstall windows again and if this time windows also fail i'll try Ubuntu, Thank you very much Frapport for the link : D

And I also try many power cord but i still got restart, I'll look further.

Thank you for your advice : )

And last thing... I would say i'm still beginner for C# :D a lot of practice are needed.

Oh guys i didn't telling you about this

Long ago after i bought my computer for a week i use Solarland inverter connect with the battery and use it to act like UPS in case of power failure and i plug my computer to the inverter but after about 2 month it fail it shock or something and make my computer shutdown i also smell like something fries inside inverter after the incident i remove the inverter and connect my computer to the AC power wall as normal and continue use my computer fine for 1-2 month and i think the mysterious restart occur for the first time after inverter fail incident and seem to happen more recently when i'm gaming or running massive app.

Can there are over voltage leak from the invertor to the computer and effect my PSU, I think the symptom of my computer look like something electrical failure it mostly happen when running massive game like ARMA3 when i'm getting loading screen a couple second later it restart when i play Dota2 the moment of match begin it restart it look like it can't give not enough power to the system when system need it immediately but sometimes even i'm on the desktop with no app running it restart too i quite not understand i think something like PSU heat torelance failure or something that can't handle the load or the PSU lose it efficiency after invertor shock or Mobo surge protector cause my computer to restart.

I should tell this more early i'm sorry guys maybe we can figure it out for long ago now i pretty sure it relate to the restart problem right now.

Like i said the software readings for the psu are good, but in the end are they just that ... software readings.

If you want to be really sure do you need to test with another psu, whether you buy it or lend from a friend or go to a computer store where they can do that.

Hello again sorry i'm late

Reinstall windows seem to do the trick! :pt1cable:

I've done reinstall windows and you guess what, my computer didn't had any mysterious reboot problem since new windows installed : D

I try playing many heavy game especially ARMA 3 i can play for many hour without reboot, but i have done install windows for just one day so i still keep observe it for to be sure.

is it really software problem all along? the symptom are much like kind of electrical fault i almost do RMA my PSU but like Vic40 said the PSU looking good

Now new windows bring new life to my computer i feel like i have new year gift
Thank you very much Vic40 and Frapport for sacrifice his valueable time to helping me :)

And Happy New Year Guys and Tom's Community folk : )
