I've been upgrading by PC recently and have bought a new GPU and RAM and I am a little confused about which PSU to buy for it since I am really low on budget.

A friend has recommended me these GPUs -
Cooler Master Thunder 500 Watt // http://goo.gl/Iv6o7Z
Corsair VS 550 //http://goo.gl/jzmyIS

Will they work good for my following build?

i5-2310 @2.9Ghz
Corsair Vengeance 1x8 Gigs of ram
2Gigs of MSI NVIDIA GTX 960

P.S - I just need to know if above PSUs will work, I dont want suggestions as I have already seen them in another post

Thanks,
Marz

Yes, the Corsair VS 550 would be able to power the components above.

If you must choose between those two the Corsair VS 550 would be the better choice than the CM Thunder.

I know you didn't ask for suggestions, but I did see this Anetec on the same site and it is higher quailty than either of the PSU's you listed above. It is Rs 3,629:

Either the Anetc I've listed or the VS 500 will be fiine to power the GTX 960.

Thanks for such a quick reply mate
Im confused why Antec would be a better choice than well-known brands like Cooler Master or Corsair since I have never heard about antec and there are no reviews about it on the internet so I would like to know your opinion as to why it's better

Again, thanks
