Best assembled pc for gaming under 60k.

What is the best configuration i can get if i want to assemble a gaming pc under 60k?
I want to play games like Gta5,Far Cry 4 and upcoming games of 2016 without any lag.
Can someone help me out with this ?
My budget is strictly restricted to 60k.
No more than that.

Yeah you will be looking at a mixture of medium and high settings.

R9 380 is a pretty nice mid-range video card and should be expected to perform well at medium-high settings
