Are these parts compatible?

So I will be building my first computer using the following parts and I am pretty sure that they are but not 100%.
Prosessor: i7-5820K
Motherboard: MSI x99 mPower
GPU: Gygabyte GTX 970 windforce 4GB
RAM: G.SKILL Ripjaws V series 16GB 8 x 2
OS: Linux Mint
PSU:Corsair RM1000X
Case: Phanteks Enthoo Pro
I will be using a pre existing HDD
Cooler: Artic Frezzer 7
SSD: Crucial MX200 250GB

Yes, they are compatible. You don't need a 1000W PSU for this setup though. You could have something in the range of 650W and do fine. You could instead invest the extra money in a more powerful GPU (R9 390x)

Thanks for the speddy responce I plan on adding another gpu down the road though so the 1000W would probably be appropiate.
