Is my PSU enough for the r9 390 or gtx 970?

Hi,

Would this psu : https://seltrade.pl/img/prods/1/carbon_620w_desc1_1384264180.jpg
Be enough to power a i7 3770k with r9 390 or gtx 970? The watt seems enough but the amps are confusing.

Ignore the amps, all computer components have low enough amps to work with the power supply. If the watt rating on the power supply can power the components you will be fine.

I would not try to run a R9 390 with a power supply like that. It would likely fail. GTX 970 may work but in any case you should get a higher quality unit from a major manufacturer.
