hi there! :) , I got a new Enermax Liqmax II 120s, I would like to power the pump from the PSU but the problem is that the only free plug on the PSU is the 4+4CPU (SATA& Peripheral are already in use {both are SATA}), so is it ok if I connect the Molex cable connector in the 4+4CPU plug and power the pump from that or I must free a SATA plug on the PSU and plug the Molex connector there? (there are no free slots on the sata cables, all 5 are in use, so getting a sata to molex converter is not an option :s )

The PSU is a Corsair CX500M

Solution
None of those temps are high enough to worry about and to use pump at full speed all the time and wear it faster without a cause !!
Actually 38c while gaming is very good temperature, Whatever CPU !!!

Thanks for the reply!
I just did a quick voltage measurement on the 4+4CPU and on the SATA&Peripheral connectors since it was a bit weird that there was a 4+4CPU connector comming our from the PSU it self with the MOBO connector (semi-modular) that was already connected. Both the "4+4CPU" and the "SATA&Peripheral" labeled connectors where producing the same voltage (yellow= 12v , 2x ground and 5V).

I have connected the Molex connector to the "4+4CPU" labeled port to power the pump, everything works fine.

When I was running the pump from MOBO PWM I used to get average 19C on idle, 38C while gaming, now as the pump powered from the PSU I get 17C on idle and 32C while gaming :3
