Hi friends, it is really urgent.
I had a internal hard disk of 500gb which got corrupted. So i replaced it with a 1tb internal hard disk and it is showing black screen, after that i changed to vga port which means i disabled amd graphics card and enabled integrated vga graphics. By doing that there are no black screen everything was fine but my amd graphics is disabled. Is this happening because of the new 1tb hard disk and my psu.
My psu is 225w --- +3.3v(15A), +5v(15A), +12v(18A), +5vSB(2A), -12v(0.8A).

Solution
Also, check your bios-settings where it chooses what video adapter is used. Perhaps the bios just selected the integrated GPU, even though you connected to your dedicated GPU.

225w is not a lot of power, and usually AMD graphic cards aren't really low-power cards.. However, it totally depends on your hardware, we would need more specification to determine what is the problem.

Also, it's not really clear why you changed ports? And from what to what? Could you explain that more clearly?

Ok. Actually after replacing the internal hard drive with new 1tb internal sata hard drive my screen appears blank(black screen) whenever it gets past the bios screen it shows nothing just black but i can hear windows startup sound , so when i enabled integrated graphics and disabled amd gpu by changing the vga cable from gpu port to the motherboard port it appears and no black screen display is working fine.
So is it due to my psu which cant supply enough need.
