@Nafsan, in response to your PM yes I am running a 380 on a CX430w PSU and i3 4160 CPU and no I have had no issues with it so far and it folds 24/7.

How the heck you doing that, like his CPU will bottleneck with that card. And 700w is what you should be runnin with that card man, if not 700 then atleast 650W

I have the card and mobo plugged into the PSU and then I booted up and run F@H, easy really!

his cpu will not bottleneck the graphics card and he does not need a new psu.
I'm running a 4690k @ 4.5ghz + r9 280x (which takes alot more power than 380) on my 500 evga psu .
OP , you will be fine . your cpu will not bottleneck anything below r9 290\gtx 970.
and your psu is strong enough to handle any single gpu set up .

your psu is definitely fine for this card (I have the same), just check on official sapphire site.
but if it was me I would save some bucks and go for the new r9 380x

Like I said, everyone except PTOWN GAMER said is fine. Not sure what you need.

And if you miss it. Mousemonkey running i3 4160 R9 380 on a CX430w PSU

On most sites (including neweggs) this doesn't work, it''ll will either show a empty cart or what you left in it last time you where there. It will work with a wishlist if you make it public but not a secure cart. Anyway if you want to post a list of parts try using pcpartpicker.com and post the permalink or one of the markup options as just copying and pasting the address wont work..

Sure, but it don't matter for this thread as we know that psu work fine for the OP setup.
