Out of nowhere my computer has decided to not actually power off after I shutdown. Everything acts normal, monitors turn off and keyboard/mouse LEDs switch off, but the computer itself remains active (IE: Fans spinning, LEDs on, etc) meaning I need to switch off the power supply to turn the computer fully off.
I've not added any new peripherals, not changed any software. Currently, my best guess would be that it's perhaps a driver problem (I had some issues when installing windows 10 with Nvidia drivers not updating correctly).
Any troubleshooting I can run to fix this issue? Any help appreciated!
Specs: GTX 770, Core i5-4670, ASRock H87 Pro4, 16GB ram, 120GB ssd, 2x1TB HDD, Windows 10
