Posting from mobile at work. Recently I've been getting code 99 on my mobo after doing resets and shutting down and rebooting my computer. When I first got my computer I had some issues with this before this is what my build is for what ever it's worth;

Asrock z77 extreme 4
I7 3770k 3.5ghz
Corsair vengeance pro 16gb 2400mhz
Antec 1200 case

Gtx 780ti superclocked 3gb
Wdb 1tb hdd
Samsung 840 pro 512gb ssd
To be honest I completely brain farted on my psu, I know it's 750w I'll have to double check when I'm off work.

Peripherals;
Razer naga 2013
Razer blackwidow
Logitech g930 headset
Logitech c920 webcam

I've just recently reformatted both hdd and ssd and installed windows 7 and did my free upgrade to Windows 10, been having issues with the code 99 of course and with my headset not working with Skype and constantly disconnecting. I've uninstalled all my drivers and reinstalled them and no dice. What I'm going to try when I get home is take apart the pc and make sure everything is plugged in. Read that some people said with my case the front panel fans might be hooked in wrong and is causing the mobo to short? I haven't tried restting cmos or reinstalling my bios so that's on the to do list.

Sorry for the wall of text if anyone has any other options for me please let me know on what I can do when I get home!

Work edit: went to asrock website, said that codes 92-99 were pci-e related, might have to check my card then. It doesn't seem like I have in game graphics problems like that when I'm playing

make sure on next good post the mb has the newest bios file to rule out missing ram or cpu code. also make sure the cpu is seated and with the newer intel cpu make sure if your using an after market heat sink there not locked in to tight and is crushing or bending the cpu chip. if your still getting x99 errors check for bent pins. if you think it a power issue with the power supply try booting with onboard video if your mb has it or try another power supply.

Also wanted to mention I just recently changed my ram, I had 8 gbs of corsair vengeance 1600hz, so my ram listed in the first post is what I have now, not sure if that makes a difference
