Are these upgrade for my PC good enough?

OK so i am planning to upgrade my PC so it runs better than it does now.
I have this for far:

A8-6600k processor
550w power supply.. doesnt seems to have a brand.
GTX 750ti
F2A55M-HD2 Graphics card.
8GB of memory and 1TB of storage.

I am planning to get a:

GTX 960 4gb Graphics card.
Corsair 650w
AMD FX-8350 4.0GHz 8-Core Processor

Are these upgrades good enough? Will they fit into my pc or are will there be any problem? Also if it works all fine.. how much will my pc improve??

You need new motherboard too. Pc will be much better for gaming, for everyday use (like internet etc) not that much.

The a8-6600K and FX are different sockets. The FX will not fit.

Make sure your PSU has the 6-pin connector required to power GTX 960.

Corsair CX PSUs are trash and you shouldn't buy them

What is the upgrade for? Budget?

accidently picked this as a solution....... Its so i have a better gamign experience Since the pc i currently have i dont get much fps.. Mainly games liek cs:go. tf2 h1z1 etc.. budget is 450 British pounds

That particular processor is actually not bad and it is not completely necessary to upgrade.

What you really need to upgrade first is your GPU and PSU.

GPU (265 pounds): http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/part/msi-video-card-gtx970gaming4g

450-265-90=100 pounds left. Buy some ice cream

Save up 200 pounds (you will already have 100 pounds left over from the first upgrade) and then get i5+motherboard.

I don't see why they shouldn't fit.

MSI GTX 970 will fit fine, I think.

The EVGA power supply is standard ATX with simply an increased length. If your case supports ATX PSUs, that EVGA power supply should fit.
