Hi, so I am looking to buy/build a new pc with a budget of about £600 to £800 ($900 - $1208). I will use it for Photoshop, video editing and maybe 3d rendering. can you please give me a list if specs with either Amazon links or the PC site (e.g. cyberpowerPC). The build doesn't have to include the case. Thanks.
I FORGOT TO MENTION THAT I DONT NEED AN SSD INCLUDING IN THIS AS I ALREADY HAVE ONE.

Here's a start at the top of your budget, but includes everything. Perhaps you have some bits you could use.

Good, inexpensive, four core, four Hyperthread processor
Decent, inexpensive, motherboard.
Enough memory, fast latency and good speed
Good SSD for OS, applications and some worling files
HDD for slower storage (but still a good, fast HDD)
GPU chosen to a 100 pound budget. Don't know what you really need ATM, maybe even cheaper.
High quality PSU, just right for this system.
Best monitor for remaining budget after OS, ODD, and keyboard/mouse

Why would you need a Xeon Processor? Isn't that like Workstation processor?
An i7 2nd Gen would be sufficient enough or even a i5 4th Gen

A Xeon is a server processor, but it is also very suitable for gaming and rendering. I use one on this system. This particular CPU is an i7-lite and very cost effective for what the OP wants. Editing and rendering do much better with more threads. 4+4 is much better than 4.

Ok friend i didn't notice he wanted to 3D render my mistake!

That's fine. A lot of people have yet to learn the wonders of the Haswell Xeons. It seems that Intel does not approve of this sort of use and the new Skylake Xeons will not run in consumer or gaming motherboards :(.

Yeah cause from my experience Xeon's have a lot of cores because they are manly used for heavy multi-tasking for IT organizations
