Can anyone suggest me a Cpu Cooler ?

Cpu-Intel Core i3 3210
Socket type-LGA 1155
I am using stock cooler which comes with the CPU.
I am getting about 70 degrees celsius so i want to buy a Cooler.
Please check from these websites if you can because i am an Indian

My Budget is Rs 100- 700

That is a very low budget for a CPU cooler. I don't see anything that I'd know is better than stock in that price range.

It's still a little higher, but its as cheap as I can find.
What case do you have? If you do want to get it or something else, we need to be sure that what you buy will fit.

It says that it has three fan speeds

"Fan Speed 900±150-2200±10%RPM"
Can i adjust the fan speeds ?
But How ??

The BIOS has control over that. Some programs, such as SpeedFan, can control the fan from inside Windows.
