Hello all,
I just bought an ASUS ZenBook UX305, running Windows 10. It arrived on Friday and had no trouble connecting to the local network over wifi. Then, this morning (Sunday) when I booted it up, it informed me that there was no wireless hardware on the computer.
It cannot see any wireless networks and when I look for the adapter in the list of devices, it isn't there. Ethernet connection over LAN is working fine for now, but I had to borrow the lan/ethernet adapter from a friend so it's not a good long-term solution. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the network adapter from Intel, rolled back the updates that came through when I turned it on the first time, and turned off the Bluetooth--no dice. It's not in airplane mode and I can connect to the Wifi just fine from my phone.
Any ideas? Thanks for the help
