Better graphics card or ssd

You see, I am on a very strict budget and I wan't to know whether i should cheapen out slightly on my graphics card for an ssd (a gtx 960 down to a gtx 950) I will be using the pc to play games and do homework (using microsoft office) so i could store my os onto my ssd as well as ms office. also, with my current pc the wait to load up ms office is really irritating. thanks

What I would do is get an used 960 and a new SSD. Overall you'll see improvement with the SSD while the GPU only in games ofc.

Don't downgrade to the 950. Keep the 960, and just use a HDD. It's a much better card, and if you're on a strict budget SSD's aren't usually recommended.

GTX 950 is still good, if you can live with up to 8-10 fps less than combine the 950 with an SSD. All about preference.

Long loading times could be caused by a lack of system memory or a fragmented hard drive but we really need to know the system specs before we can give any solid advice.
