Here's the build: http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/p/czm4cf

I purchased some 2 parts already as of cyber monday and now I am just finalizing my motherboard.
I'm deciding which motherboard to go with either a
Gigabyte SKT-AM3 78LMT-USB3 Motherboard (amazon link: http://www.amazon.co.uk/Gigabyte-GA-78LMT-USB3-SKT-AM3-78LMT-USB3-Motherboard/dp/B009FC3YJ8/ref=sr_1_5?s=computers&ie=UTF8&qid=1449426374&sr=1-5[12] )
or
Asus M5A78L-M/USB3 Motherboard (amazon link: http://www.amazon.co.uk/Asus-M5A78L-M-USB3-Motherboard-Socket/dp/B0054U7HIO/ref=sr_1_1?s=computers&ie=UTF8&qid=1449426687&sr=1-1&keywords=m5a78l-m+usb3[13]

Which one is better?

Solution
The Gigabyte board is better. It has heatsinks on the VRMs to help with the power delivery, so you can overclock the FX6300 on that board. I would not want to overclock on the ASUS board, although it is solid for stock.

If you go with either of these boards, there is no CPU upgrade. A FX83xx might fit, but the power delivery on these boards is not good enough to run that chip under the intense demands of gaming.

Thanks very much, I accidentally gave someone else the best answer. Looking into it and your answer and looking forward to buying it, thanks very much!!

You can overclock on the asus with the right cooler.
Quality wise there's nothing between them apart from

1. The gigabyte has vrm heatsinks.
2. The gigabyte has a front case USB 3 header onboard/the Asus doesn't.
3. With a dual slot GPU the pci-express x1 slot is blocked off on the gigabyte board / on the Asus it isn't.
4. On the gigabyte you'll 99% likely have to enter memory timings manually to get your ram running at 1600mhz/the Asus 1600mhz support is automatic.

I'd change 2 things on your build personally.

Swap to the n200 - its a tidy little case & cheaper than the corsair.
Change that USB wireless adaptor for a PCI model with antennae - £3 extra - worth the difference easily.

Thanks for the build help! Really appreciate it, I will have a look at it now. Also, what does this mean "With a dual slot GPU the pci-express x1 slot is blocked off on the gigabyte board / on the Asus it isn't." Quite new to the building.

The motherboard has a bunch of slots on it for putting things like WiFi cards in. If you put a double width card in the first PCI-e x16 slot, it will overhang the small slot next door to it and prevent you from using it. This is not usually a draw-back on a budget system.

^ what donkeyoatie said.
In all honesty I own the Asus board & use the PCI express slot for a usb3/SD card port reader.
Seeing as the gigabyte already has a front usb 3 connector its 6 of one & half a dozen of the other on choice.
The GB is probably your better option , definitely go for a PCI (not PCI express) wireless card ,- the little USB ones have notoriously bad reception unless you're sat within 5 metres of the router, they can also suffer interference from other wireless devices.
The n200 is a better choice IMO as
1. Its smaller & tidier for an matx build.
2. Its £3 cheaper
3. It comes with both a 120mm front intake & a 120mm rear exhaust fan prefitted - ample for what you're running.the corsair only comes with a rear exhaust , you'd have to spend another fiver for a decent fan for the front.

I would try & squeeze an aftermarket cooler in if at all possible mate , under £20 gets you either a deepcool s40 (recommended) or a raijintek aidos.

Absolutely agreed, planning to get an Hyper 212 evo later of 2016 and would it fit in the n200 case? Thanks a bunch!

^ yep good cooler when you can find it in the UK .
In all honesty anything from the deepcool s40 up does a grand job with a 6300 .
I like the s40 as a budget novice option - has paste per applied & uses the stock brackets so is a 2 minute fitting job with no backplate access required.
Never used the cryorig so can't comment, I find the raijintek mounting system incredibly easy though even on an already built system - 4 bolts, 4 washers,4 nuts - easy as pie. Tend to steer clear of the evo now - still a good cooler but the mounting system is a pita at best if the board is already in the case.

Qwertyboy - you'll have a great little setup for under £500 mate - solid mid range gaming rig there.

Is there any different cases you would recommend, the n200 is quite expensive with the added £6.90
