How to transfer music from a usb stick to my laptop using windows vista?

Right-click on music file on pen drive and choose "Copy".

Now navigate to your music folder on HDD, right-click an empty space and choose "Paste".

To select a batch of music files on the pen drive, right-click the first one, then hold down the shift key and click on the last one.
Proceed as above.
