Looking to see what kinda cooling i need

I have a i5-4690k and i want to overclock it but when i did the temps got a bit to high at 3.8 GHz it went to 66-68c under 100% load and when overclocked to 4.4 GHz the temp went up to 76-78c i was told to keep it below 72c so what would be a good cooler of any type?

Your temperatures are fine.
85c. on a benchmark like occt is ok.
Under normal use, you will not stress that high.
The key is to keep the vcore at 1.30 or less for safe long term operation.

i have 2 8 Gb sticks of corsair vengeance
also my Motherboard Gigabyte GA-Z97X-UD3H-BK (Black Edition) Motherboard
