I have been having this weird problem ever since yesterday. My computer has been working just fine with no issues with my CPU overclocked to 4.0GHz since January 2015. Yesterday; however, while streaming a game to Twitch, my PC would immediately shut off without warning and then restart. After fiddling around in the BIOS for a while, I set all my BIOS settings to the defaults, but my computer would still turn off without warning after entering Windows. The funny thing is, I could run Prime95 for about five minutes without a problem, but then I'd stop it, thinking everything was stable, and my computer would turn off again while I was doing a task that required almost no resources, like watching a YouTube video or browsing the Internet.

I know this isn't a CPU temps problem, as when I run CoreTemp while running a Prime95 torture test, my temperatures won't get above 55 degrees Celsius at either stock speeds or overclocked. I updated my BIOS from FA to FB (www.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=5194#biosA) but that did not fix the problem. So, whether I'm at stock or overclocking, nor on which version of the BIOS, I am experiencing this problem.

I also noticed that my PC wouldn't just immediately shut off. My screen would go dark and my tower would still have all its lights and the fans running for about ten seconds before they turned off and my PC restarted. Sometimes when my PC would attempt to restart, I would get a message saying my main BIOS is corrupted and that it is being recovered from the backup BIOS. I also remember seeing a box that said "my values weren't compatible with my hardware" or something like that upon my computer rebooting. I am running Windows 10 Pro 64-bit with all the latest updates, AMD Crimson Software version 15.30.1025-151117a-296567C, and reverted my BIOS back to the FA version from Gigabyte.

Here are some numbers from Speedfan. I don't know if they're relevant at all but I saw them and figured I might as well share them, if it could help me. If this is a power supply issue, how could I verify that without swapping it out for another power supply (I don't have an extra)?
