Can't join a properly port forwarded server

Even after port forwarding, disabling Windows' firewalls, disabling my gateway's firewall, changing ports, settings, making a new server, changing my gateway's channels, updating my USB 2.0 wireless connector, disabling conflicting software, disabling AV, having my ISP re link and re signal my gateway, and updating network drivers. What do I do next? I can say with 100% honesty that the ports are forwarded CORRECTLY.

To keep it short: Accidentally reset all my gateway's settings to default and messed up my working configuration and caused everything to mess up. Games tested: Unturned and Left 4 Dead 2, same error on both games (connection failed after x retries). Router/Gateway is an Arris TG862G-CT, ports that are open: 25565-25565, 7777-7777, 4380-4380, 27000-27050, 25444-25444 (all TCP and UDP). My ISP is Comcast and I connect to the router using a USB Netgear Wireless N Dual Band Adapter, Model# WNDA3100.

Solution
put the modem in bridge mode,
read about it first, you will have to change the WAN interface config on your router. your ISP should be able to help.

Sorry about that. Sometimes I get too caught up in the problem at hand that I forget to provide important details. Games tested: Unturned and Left 4 Dead 2, same error on both games (connection failed after x retries). Router/Gateway is an Arris TG862G-CT, ports that are open: 25565-25565, 7777-7777, 4380-4380, 27000-27050, and 25444-25444 (all TCP and UDP).
