I see a lot of problems like battery is stuck at 0% but charging, but mine is different. its stuck at 0 but is already recognized as fully charged

This started when I tried to calibrate my battery because it doesnt go up 90%. While calibrating, After I had fully discharged the battery, then while charging it again I put the laptop on sleep, then I left for class (my class doesnt really take long, just an hour so I was sure It wouldnt still be fully charged by the time I got back). When I got back, the AC wasnt connected, my roomate probably accidentally unplugged the AC, I reconnected it and when I when I turned it on, the battery was stuck at 0%.

What happens is that the Battery says "0% available (plugged in, charging)" with the orange light that indicates charging glowing, then after a few seconds it turns into "0% available (plugged in, not charging)" and the orange light turns green, meaning my battery is already full, and then seconds later it goes back to orange, then back to green.....again and again. The battery was fully functional just before the calibration.

My guess is that the battery accidentally got calibrated to recognize 0% as fully charged

Does this mean my battery capacity is only 0% already?

My laptop is only 1 year old ASUS and the battery is Lithium Ion
