Gaming pc build help (Budget $1000 to $1500 ) AUD!

This is my first time building a PC and because the AUD prices or expensive as a mudayucker, I am trying to find a good build for that budget. Good enough to run CSGO at atleast 100 frames or more ! I am fine with either AMD or Intel not a big deal.

Would this be capable of running csgo at good fps? Any could it potentially cause any problems?
