I borrowed a gta 4 from a friend, it says it is winter mod, but i dont like this mod, roads are slippery and shit, please tell me how to remove this mod??
I dont have backup files for it because it is pre installed
Can it be removed if i install some other mod?? if yes then please tell me every possible way to get rid of it
