How to connect Sony R42B 32 Inch to P.C. thru Sr. Port of Pc & using Converter of HDMI

Dear Sir,

I have Sony R42B Tv i want to connect my Pc to tv but my pc have no HDMI Port so i have bring Sr Port to HDMI port converter but still it was not attach to TV

So please help me

What is an Sr Port? Do you mean VGA, DVI or DisplayPort? It may be likely that you got a bad converter or bought the wrong thing to connect to the TV, many people make the mistake or just getting a cable to go to HDMI when they need an active converter box.
