I was trying to log in to Skype today, and instead of getting my contacts list after logging in, I was greeted with this strange prompt. I remember it happening before, when I last logged on to this computer(two years ago) and attempted to install Notepad++. I chose my install path, selected the options I wanted, and I was greeted with a similar window.
